Verarbeitung und Technik
Zum Testzeitpunkt gibt es den IceGALE Silent 120mm einzeln oder in einem 3er-Paket käuflich zu erwerben. Der Lüfter misst 120x120x25mm (BxHxT) und wurde komplett aus Kunststoff gefertigt. Bis auf den Logo-Aufkleber und die türkisfarbenen Antivibrationsdämpfer ist das von uns getestete Produkt komplett in Schwarz gehalten.

Der Fan besitzt keine PWM-Funktion, setzt auf ein einfaches Gleitlager (Sleeve) und überzeugt durch einen stabilen Rahmen. Ebenfalls mit von der Partie: Gummierte Ecken, die für eine gute Vibrationsdämpfung sorgen. Der Iceberg Thermal IceGALE Silent 120mm läuft mit 1.100 U/min (50.98m³/h). Die maximale Lautstärke liegt laut Hersteller bei 12.3 dB(A).

Auf eine (RGB-)Beleuchtung hat der Hersteller verzichtet. Verarbeitungsmängel konnten wir an unseren Testmustern nicht feststellen. Der Lieferumfang besteht lediglich aus vier Montageschrauben. Die Garantiezeit beläuft sich auf 10 Jahre.

Der neue Iceberg Thermal IceGALE Silent 120mm wird preisbewusste Silent-Anwender auf Anhieb überzeugen. Für knapp unter 10 Euro bekommt man nämlich einen wertig verarbeiteten sowie sehr leisen 120-mm-Lüfter geboten. Auch in Sachen Leistung muss sich der neue IceGALE Silent 120mm nicht hinter der starken Konkurrenz verstecken. Kleine Kritik gibt es für den mauen Lieferumfang und die nicht vorhandene PWM-Funktion.
